Presence Sensors

A 24 GHz millimetre-wave radar sensor rather than a passive infrared one. The distinction matters in a guest room: PIR only sees movement, so it will switch a room to "vacant" while someone is asleep or sitting still reading. Radar detects minor motion and breathing, so the room stays correctly occupied. Detection area, hold time and daylight threshold are all adjustable by remote after installation.
